Before SLASH, this group spent years inside high-pressure teams and high-stakes environments, launching products and programs that shouldn’t have existed on timelines that shouldn’t have been possible. We earned our lessons the long way. Call it cutting your teeth. Or a dental sand blasting.

When you’re addicted to the game, eventually you feel the pull to take those lessons further. To help more teams, at bigger moments, without the constraints of someone else’s system. You go to the dentist, get the veneers, and ask yourself, how hard can it be?

In 2021, a few of us with deep industry mileage took that step and built SLASH around what we knew worked. It didn’t get easier — but the game sure got better.
