Two friends sitting by a campfire discussed the state of the creative industry and how they didn’t like what they saw. Templates, process models, 60-page decks, and one-way funnels were “suffocating the creative out of creative.”
Work felt unoriginal, uninspired, and at its worst—safe.
Through a cloud of post oak, they made a plan to do something about it:
Carve a place where original ideas could thrive and individuals could do their best work as their best selves.
Siege a war against burnout, politics, and untapped potential.
Bring back the best of brand.
